Substantial demonstrated experience at a senior level in fintech or DeFi.

A record of high level impact on the fintech industry, not merely participation in it.

Operator Status
Candidates must be preferably builders ‐ people who have shipped and run products.

Contribution
Proactive contribution to the community is expected. Passive membership is not accepted.
Evaluation Process
- 01Admission runs on two intakes per year, on a semestral cycle.
- 02All candidates submit a formal application form with supporting credentials.
- 03Applications are reviewed privately and individually by Fintech Guild staff against the criteria above.
